Ralph Richart, Founder
Ralph has been in the Electronics industry for over 25 years. Prior to founding PartSnap, he was the Chief Technology Officer for Tempo Automation, a San Francisco based Electronics Manufacturing Service (EMS) company. Additionally, Ralph served as President of Coastal Circuits, a Redwood City, CA, Printed Circuit Board Manufacturer, which was sold to Advanced Circuits in 2015.

Laurent Brack, C.T.O.
Laurent is the Chief Technology Officer of PartSnap, overseeing all of the company’s development efforts. Prior to joining PartSnap, Laurent was Engineering Manager at Tempo Automation, a San Francisco based Electronics Manufacturing Service (EMS) company. Laurent has over 25 years in Software Development and Verification, working on wireless switching platforms (Ericsson Research), embedded Audio/Video codecs (Cube-Microsystems, LSI Logic, Dolby Laboratories), as well as several startups. Laurent holds a Software Engineering degree from Polytechnique Montréal.

Steve Rubinstein, C.O.O.
Steve has held leadership roles in the Software industry for over 25 years. Before joining PartSnap, he was the Chief Operating Officer at Confiant, a New York based cybersecurity company which develops a B2B SaaS solution to address security and quality issues in online advertising. Prior to that, he was the COO of web publisher Topix, which he later worked to sell to PCH Media. Earlier experience includes engineering leadership positions at Electronic Arts, AOL and Apple. Steve has an Electrical Engineering degree from Rutgers University.

Mariusz is the Engineering Manager at PartSnap. He is a seasoned software engineer based in Wroclaw, Poland, with over 14 years of diverse experience in the tech industry. A dedicated Python enthusiast, he has honed his skills across a range of roles, from quality assurance and engineering to leadership and consulting. Mariusz's career reflects a strong commitment to adaptability and innovation, having contributed to various companies through both hands-on development and team leadership.

Peter wears hats for product, software development, and software testing. Peter previously worked at Tempo Automation with Laurent and Ralph, testing the new core system software project. Peter has over 25 years experience in software development.
